Papet del Mas is a boutique Cava producer led by winemaker Josep Maria Suriol, whose family has been crafting top-quality sparkling wines in Penedès for generations. The vineyards are sustainably grown on chalk and clay soils, which provide good drainage. All grapes are hand-harvested into 20-kilogram crates and briefly chilled before crushing to ensure only clean must is used in fermentation.
