Cantina di Monteforte d’Alpone was established in 1952 and is located in the Val d'Alpone area, renowned for its volcanic soils and favorable climate. The cooperative comprises over 600 members cultivating approximately 1,200 hectares of vineyards. The Saveroni cuvée is crafted from grapes grown at an elevation of 100 meters above sea level, benefiting from poor soils that contribute to the wine's distinctive character. The grapes are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.
